1. Scope and Contracting Party

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between you as the user and TRADING STRATEGEN LLC, 1242 SW PINE ISLAND ROAD, STE 42-348, CAPE CORAL, FL. 33991 US ("velgo.ai", "we", "us") for the use of the platform velgo.ai.

2. Services Provided by velgo.ai

velgo.ai provides AI-powered software tools that allow users to create their own trading bots and strategies. We do not provide brokerage services and have no access to your actual trading capital.

3. No Financial Advice

Our Risk Disclosure applies without limitation. TRADING STRATEGEN LLC does not provide financial services.

4. User Account and Security

You are required to provide truthful information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and, if applicable, your broker API keys confidential.

5. Payment Terms

Paid services are processed through external payment providers (e.g., Stripe). The prices valid at the time of contract conclusion apply.

6. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the accuracy of generated code. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Applicable Law

The laws of the State of Florida, USA, shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

8. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TRADING STRATEGEN LLC, 1242 SW PINE ISLAND ROAD, STE 42-348, CAPE CORAL, FL. 33991 US, email: office@trading-strategen.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
