2. What data we process

• Account data: Email address, password (encrypted) upon account creation.
• Usage data: IP address, access times, pages visited, device information.
• Content data: Inputs into AI prompts for creating trading bots.
• Payment data: Processed directly by our payment service providers; we do not store complete credit card data.

3. Purpose of processing (Art. 6(1) GDPR)

We process this data to fulfill our contractual obligations (providing the software), to respond to contact requests, to measure reach, and to optimize our offering.

4. Data transfer to third countries (USA)

As our company is based in the USA, your data will be transferred to the USA. We ensure that the European data protection level is maintained through EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or by using service providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Service providers

We only share data when necessary for contract fulfillment. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing (e.g. Stripe), and AI processing (e.g. OpenAI). Inputs into the AI (prompts) may be transmitted to AI providers to generate code. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into prompts.
